I called Steve at Cinnabar and he confirmed it was just the factory anti ox tar holding it once center bolt removed. I have a mini pry-bar tool so went around and around and gently got it removed. I bent the pin slightly with my fingernail to grab block better, slipped shrink over end and repined. All fixed and PO bad 12V wiring all removed. .
