Scott,

DO NOT use grade 8 fasteners on anything exhaust. (I guess you missed bolts and gaskets.) Gr8 are hardened alloy and not only do they like to gall, but they will loose their tension when the exhaust heat normalizes (anneals) the alloy.

If you get done putting the exhaust and are not covered in anti-sieze, you didn't use enough.
