I don't know of any materials that you can find to install the windshilds.

I had that very expensive glass installed a year ago by the guys that install it at the rallys. Personally I wouldn't suggest using someone that has
never installed this curved GMC motorhome glass.

My best thoughts for you, is to use the guys that install the glass at the rallys or make special arrangements to have it done BY THEM else where.

I watched them as they installed my glass and I thought sure that glass was going to break.
AND it takes TWO people to install it and a good part of the day for both sides.

Something I didn't know was the glass is integral to holding the roof up. not suggested to remove both sides at the same time.

They generally NEVER replace the rubber molding that seals the glass to the GMC, they repair it with some special stuff.
also, they said it is not unusual to have fiber glass damage, (which will have to be repaired) where the rubber slips onto the GMC.
I was lucky, I had very little damage.

From my point of view, you have to know what you are doing to put that glass in, both people working together, pushing, sliding, even bending the glass (I told you I thought they were going to break it while watching them) and they have to work as a unit to get that difficult glass in place and sealed.

They worked for a while to get the glass to sit into those rubber slots as the glass does not automatically slide in place, they had to massage it in and even then it seemed to be barking back.

I have had glass replaced on various vehicles but none was as difficult, from my viewpoint, as installing this curved GMC windshield glass.

If your installers cannot find any information, and I dont think they will, you would be far better off going to experienced installers.
