At least take Vitamin D3 and Zinc,
It is a fact that they enhance your immunity.
As a courtesy wear a mask in case one might have the virus and not know.
It seems that even the Flu shots contain mercury and other minerals that
makes one wonder.
Since I spend time Testing and Certifying Biohazard Hoods, I had to take
