A (slight) update.
Looks like since RV Glass Solutions has a major facility in Phoenix, I can dodge $300 in crating and shipping!
Sounds like $900(ish) local trumps driving to a rally (as much as I'd like to do that anyway).
It would still be helpful to see what the price of a new windshield installed at the rally would be (for future reference for others seeking options, if nothing else).
