It might have a full water tank. other tanks are empty Most of the cabinetry is original, lots of things are probably lighter than the original like the fridge and cooktop.

Maybe nothing. My 73-23 tipped a truck scale at 9480 years ago with full water and fuel. This is on the light side and I am sure that it is heavier now. All of our interior is plywood and not particle board. I don't know about Coachmen.
