I'm not sure an overhead console would improve sagging, probably make it worse unless you figure out how to mount it to the frame rather than the hedliner.

Here is my photo album on Chev Blazer / S10 overhead consoles

Subject: [GMCnet] Sagging Cockpit interior Head Liner

Time has caused the cockpit head liner to sag down in the middle. I am looking at dealing with this by the way of an overhead console to pull up the
head liner, add storage, lighting and temp/compass.

Are there any other methods of dealing with the drooping head liner?

Thanks all,
Tom K
