The window is held in place by a u-shaped rubber channel strip. The problem is, that it appears the whole window frame would need to be removed to change the seal on the fixed glass. At the rear of the frame by the horizontal division bar, you will see the frame is cut to allow the necessary bending apart to allow both the upper and lower fixed panes to be removed and resealed.
The windshield installer folks at Mansfield recommended that I trim the part of the seal on mine that has pulled free, and fill the small gap remaining with black automotive urethane glass adhesive. That will be the path I pursue on my coach.
