Rob,
My 2 cents:
When I'm using the coach more regularly, I keep a Battery Tender on it so I don't have to shut down everything. I take it with me on trips as well.
When I'm not--the PO had one of those "hot rod" engine kill switches installed (they type with the plastic key). That cuts off any possible drain to the chassis batteries.
Although I AM a gadget guy, and that looks cool!!
