How much did he tighten them. Only supposed to be a MAX of 14 FtLbs.
Manifold had to be cracked already to break at such a low torque
value. You retorque them after a few hundred miles to the same value
if they are loose.

Jr-

He found manifolds were leaking. (No gaskets). When installing
remflex gasket his passenger side manifold cracked.

He is looking for a "non-cracked" passenger side manifold for a 455

Shaun- installation of headers will take some exhaust cutting/welding
to fit the flandge. FYI. Fastest and easiest way is to stick with
manifolds
for now.
