I'm with Rick.
I have never seen anyone have so many electrical problems. It seems every component you put on fails almost immediately.
I'd look really closely at the alternator and your grounding situation before you fry that expensive ECU.

Either you REALLY did something to piss off the gods or you're frying parts!
