I'm with Bruce on this. Check and thoroughly dry the inside of your distributor cap. You can spray some ignition spray into it as well, STP makes one, or even a light coating of WD-40 will work. Make sure you did not dislodge ant of the plug wires while washing/scrubbing/drying as well.
