I will relay your information about the water pump and pulley. I think that's the most likely explanation.

At a presentation about the fire department last week, the chief mentioned he was having his "young guys" trained to do tower rescues from up to 300 feet. He had no interest in it. Neither do I. I reckon if you can do it 300 feet, you can do it 2000 feet. They say after 38 years old you don't want to bungee jump. I used to do some rock climbing, but I get the water guts on the second story roof now. When do you do the Oklahoma tower work?
