You have pretty much nailed down the logic behind why people do stuff like
this. It really doesn't matter if it is cost effective. Life is to live.
Enjoy yourself. Be happy with the choices you make. Time to rest is when
they place you in the box and fold your arms over your lap. My opinion
anyway.
