If the breaker in the box are 2-25A then it would be a 25A 240V 2 phase service. I can be split into (2) 25A 120V single phase.
If they are 2-50A breaker then it's a 50A 240V 2 phase service, or (2) 50A 120V single phase.

The tester unit should only use 2 single recepts instead of 2 douplex recepts. It's only a service box tester, not safe for power outlets.
If the service has something wrong. Better to fry the tester, then the coach.
