the two components on the left are from a '96 GMC van, the piece on the right I made from 1/4" plastic sheet to make it work in the MH door since the gap was larger in it.

measure twice, cut/drill once.

had to trim a 16th or so off the edges for it to lay down into the groove in the jamb. perfect fit.

the door lock actuator is also from a '96 GMC van but I think it was used from '85 on up to at least 2005 for anyone looking. Ive gotten so used to having keyfob remote door locks on everything else so why not?

making progress. the bath module was a mess. I tried lots of compounds to bring back the shine and found that "wendol" metal polish worked best. much easier and much less elbow grease required with it.

after reading about the maxxvent fans sucking out the sewer fumes so bad I decided on an el cheapo vent fan for the bath. Ive added a small fan shroud that was made from an old paint can. it made a significant difference as before it was much like a mini ceiling fan and now it very effectively directs the air out.

this coach had copper tubing running over the bath module to the kitchen. I changed it to PEX running under the floor inside the frame rail.

my version of the tankless WH install. didnt have or want a refer vent and didnt like the idea of having it in the bath compartment at first but its just optional for when dry camping. I made up a heat shield with some thin sheet metal and painted it with appliance epoxy, it fits inp lace with no hardware but I think I will make another with rolled edges instead. I just wanted to keep the heat from the burner off the plastic vent fan trim so its effective for that. the TWH came with a smaller shied which would probably have been fine but just to be sure..
