Its been cleaned several times and now it has no lube in it anymore. I would probably be looking inside my scrap electronics, maybe a radio or a tape player, possibly even a TV would have one of those. If the plastic has developed a burr in there to make it stick, lube ain't gonna fix it unless you take it apart and fix the burr.

When avoiding removal and disassemblization (take that, spell check), I used to get good results from the spray can of tuner cleaner from Radio Shack, but when the industry went to electronic switches, the propellant vanished from the last half of a can and then the product vanished from Radio Shack, and then Radio Shack vanished Sad .
