Re-reading Kerry's post, I think he only wants to re-do the area forward of the door. Right, Kerry?

Right. We already tried two beds up but she didn't like it. Rolling Eyes I had considered putting rear facing settees in the back but when the two beds up front didn't work out that went out the window.

Up front in the standard GMC wet bath floorplan, I need sleeping for one (I'm fine in a bunk bed width) and a COMFORTABLE lounging area for two. We carried TV trays for this trip and they were fine.

Rob, you may be right. It just may not be possible in a 26' unless I can find a magic fold up bed that doubles as a couch. I've seen coaches where the dinette seats were turned sideways but that is still tight. In fact, Stick Miller and John Richardson actually did that to Stick's coach during the Lazydays rally. It's still very tight.

Perhaps the only solution is one small recliner/rocker facing rearward AND one magic couch that turns into a bed AND a comfortable chair...also facing rearward. I've got some ideas about modifying my current bed/couch so that the end by the chair folds up to become a backrest..... or something
