Bills Machine in Lynnwood has been there forever. They are mainly a machine shop so you would need to find someone else to R&R the motor. Evergreen RV on Aurora in Seattle has also been there forever and I think they work on pretty much anything. One of my neighbors runs Denton Restoration and specializes in 60-70's Detroit muscle, so the 455 would be right up his alley.
