Most the bases have been covered. The lack of power COULD be caused by the secondaries not opening. This happened to me going into Branson MO. BARELY made it.
With the gas pedal fully depressed, see if the secondary air flappers can be pushed open with your finger. There are three reasons that it won't:
1- The gas pedal bends over time, grab it and pull UP gently but firmly just a bit. Make the test and try again. You can see the 'stop' at the carb that keeps it from opening. If the pedal doesn't pull the linkage enough it won't open.
2- Choke pulloff adjusted incorrectly
3- There is a little rod on the passenger side behind the choke. It can not allow the linkage to work either.
On my coach, all three of these were problems.
