First take off the air filter cover and see if you are getting fuel by pressing the gas pedal. You'll hear it and see it if it is getting to carb. If not replace the filter in the carb and with the fuel line still off, crank the engine over and make sure fuel is being supplied by the fuel pumps. If not then you probably have a collapsed or pinched line. Make sure that the fuel line from the carb to the mechanical pump is not pinched/crimped anywhere. If you have any other fuel filters in the line replace them also.
