Jim. That's what I try to tell her but she only sees it as I loose money on every unit the first year. A first year ROI of 80% doesn't mean anything. I try to put in gardening terms that I'm planting money trees and that it take a season or 2 before it will bear fruit but that don't work either.

Ken I'm rolling thru Tallahassee now. Tryin to hit Tampa before dark.
