I've tried http://pure-gas.org/before and actually went to a couple stations in my area.  In vain as it turned out.  It seems like they are always out of pure gasoline.  I have not tried a marina, but it seems like it would be a hassle to pull up to a boat dock in my GMC to buy gas.  Our airport has 100LL for $6.43/gal today. I don't think I want to pay that just to get ethanol free.  My point is that I find it difficult to find a station conveniently located in my area where pure gas is available.  I don't know about premium. I thought Shell was OK until I tried to buy some and found (my testing and sign on the pump) that it was not ethanol free.
