You might consider 2 10 ft hoses that you can join together to extend your dump range.
I would not consider any water faucet near a dump station as "potable."
RV toilet paper maybe a marketing item. I've had no trouble with off the shelf stuff.
We do attempt to use the in-coach only for liquid waste. Prefer to use facilities at campgrounds for #2. Less to worry about.
Many State Rest Areas, near State lines have dump stations. The few pay for dump stations that I've seen price in the $5 to $10 range.
Consider, after a long trip, adding a bag of ice to the black tank, drive the coach so road motion will help break up any items in the black tank.
No diapers or female hygiene items in the tank. Plastic does not do well.
I have a as seen on TV hose, but have not tried it yet.
For potable water connection, the white RV hose is the desired type.
