Matt,
I concur with what you've noted below and as the VP Technical I expressed my opinion at the meeting in Branson. I reckon that ESGMC
could / should morph into a 100% totally technical club by doing work rallies such as the ones at the Millers and Bean Station.
I have a question regarding opening up the survey to non-members; if someone fills out the survey should they not do so with a view
to joining the club IF it becomes what they "vote" for?
Regards,
Rob M.

Kerry,
First, go to your e-mail.
To explain to a small degree, GMCES is different than most in that the geographic description says - east of the Mississippi and it
was chartered to be a technically centered group when it was formed. This was driven largely by issues within GMCMI that are no
longer an issue.
We now are having difficulty both will filling our technical programs and our demographics are not all that favorable.
As the current president, I would like the Chapter to survive and serve the members as they would most appreciate. At this writing,
I cannot say that I am sure which way things will go. That is why we put out the survey. It went to just the membership first, but
later we reconsidered and Byron put it on the website. All you need to have your vote count is a name.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Matt
