Don't know if it's relevant or not but the furnace in Double Trouble is mounted on an angle too.

It should be obvious that the Atwood 6 g. water heater is mounted on an
inclined base to align it with the lower curvature of the body. All
Birchavens and Royales were that way from the Coachmen factory. I can't
imagine that your Suburban would mind being out of level, but if I did, I'd
set it up that way in the yard and run it a few days to see if it survives.
