what works really well on window felts/slides:

sil-glyde. from napa.

was told about on my full size jeep forum. I lubed up the felts and tracks on my power windows of the grand wagoneer. and it went from thinking I needed all new power window motors, to like it came from factory. very good stuff for window felts to get windows to slide easily.



there are other brands of it.
