Thanks a load for the info. I'm familiar with both those coaches. The one the dealer has is a GREAT example of what's out there, but sadly, it's a 23', and I really need that whopping extra 3' (need to be able to sleep two couples and a couple small kids occasionally).
I've talked to the owner of the other rig at length. There's no doubt it's a great deal - it's certainly the "hot rod" of the rigs I've looked at. But I've gotta keep the wife happy, and she's looking for something a little more sorted out inside (Robert's in the middle of a restoration of the interior now that he's got the mechanicals sorted out).
I'm also hoping to find something within 500 miles of the Phoenix area (I've considered rigs as far away as Virginia, but it's just too complicated and risky to go that far hoping that all the details will fall into place).
