You should be able to get 12 volts from the buzz box is it's plugged into a 120v extension cord from the garage. You can check at the house fuse box if you have 12 volts there, then the circuits should work if the fuses are good. Indon't think you need the house battery for them to work.
If the buzz box is bad (not putting out 12 volts), then I would recommend changing it out for a more modern converter/charger.
Do you have the owner's manual for your coach? It should show the location of the fuse box is you're not sure of it's location.
