Just a thought from a sideline observer:
To check the fuel supply run a 12 volt jumper from the Battery + terminal to the fuel pump. If it pumps fuel the problem is somewhere else.

That clicking just above the circuit board worries me a bit. The fuel pump is on the other side of the engine from the circuit board. Maybe you should put your hand on the pump to make sure that is what you hear clicking.
