In town we have a card lock fuel station used primarily by truckers but also has a gas pump. Last saturday I was filling the royale before winter storage. Just happended that the fuel company was filling the gas tank. I asked the driver how much ethanol was in their fuel (says up to 10% on the pump). He said zero but maybe a couple times a year some is added but would be to small to notice. I fuel up all my vechiles there but did not pay much attention to performance as you get used to the way your vehicles run.
Every year we drive down to Florida, then I notice a big difference in performance. I just put it down to the 300 lbs. of the wifes luggage in the grand marquis. For some reason I find Florida the poorest quality but it could be my imagination. I'm very happy to have a local supply with no ethanol.
