Copper pipe is measured by O.D. for A.C.R. (refrigeration) pipe and I.D. for
plumbing. In other words a length of 1/2" plumbing tubing would be 5/8"
A.C.R.tubing except plumbing tubing is generally "M" and ACR is K,L or
labeled ACR."M" is a thinner wall tubing.
