Dave, does the Revcon have Lockheed drum brakes like the GMC or Bendix like
early fords used that had a snail cam adjustment with a locknut on the
outside of the backing plate. If that is what the Revcon has, spray the
locknut with kroil, then loosen it and turn the snail cam to back off the
linings from the drum. If it has something other than that, like Girling, I
know nothing.
