Adrien,

First of all I would like to note that I only "heard" that the foam would
burn very quickly and produce phosgene gas, I have not taken the time to
verify that. If I wanted to burn it out it would behoove me to do so lest I;
or anyone I employed; be injured or killed burning it out.

I have stripped a couple of patches inside The Blue Streak manually and it
is a PITA job!

IIRC the skin adhesive is 3M-2216 and once again I don't know if it would
melt if the foam were burned off.

Nah, I don't think a GMC would go up as quick as the Hindenburg did down in
Lakehurst! For the hell of it I Googled "Hindenburg" and found the Wikipedia
entry which is very interesting.

Robert,

Beside the toxic fumes, would enough heat be generated to melt the skin
adhesive, or maybe melt the skin itself.

Would it be a reenactment of the Hindenburgh?
