How long will the voting go on ?
We probably need a daily reminder from you.
I've voted 10 times both days. Let's vote Andy to the finish.

I don't think "worried" is the word I would use. My gmail account
doesn't get Any offers to make a million dollars for cashing a check.
But the msn accout that I use for that sort of thing is loaded up
constantly. Who do you think sells all the addresses to those people
in Africa?? Someone has convinced this poor native that if he will
spend every last cent he has on a computer and a "list" he will be
rich by the end of the month. Just makes me sad that someone is taking
advantage of these people. My apologies for "getting up on a high
horse". We are not suposta do that here.........Terry

OH no Hardy! Not you too. I love the stuff. I was raised on it and
thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I found out the USN regularly
served it.
Kruschev used to credit SPAM with helping the Russians defeat Germany.

There is almost a cult following for Spam. I guess Steve is one of them.

There is a Spam Fan Club at http://www.spam.com/games/FanCLub/default.aspx

There is even a Spam Museum in Austin, Minnesota.

Does anyone know the origin of SPAM? I did some research years ago. We
used to have fried Spam, Spam casserole, breaded & fried Spam and after much
discussion around the dinner table one night, I told my Dad that I had tried
to find out what exactly is in Spam and how long has it been around, I gave
my five minute dissertation (I was about 12 years old) after which my Dad
looked at me and said very matter of factly - that SPAM comes from the loins
of the little know animal called the Nauga - a small cow like animal. I
replied that I did a lot of hard work and found no mention what so ever of a
Nauga. He said "Look up Naugahyde and while your at it see what you can
find out about the Jack A Lop".

Tom Eckert - in search of a live Nauga...

I could spend days there. One time we were staying at a motel in
Horne, TX. We left the room to walk across the street for dinner and
lo and behold, sitting in out parking lot was the Spamobile. Thought
I'd died and gone to heaven!
