What a bargain! At $7600 or best offer, this looks like it is ready to
roll and a good deal for a Wannabee or a 2nd coach
for someone.

Dave,
This may well be a great deal for someone -- but anyone considering an offer should do their due diligence. It appears to have been sold once before for $7200 but is relisted. In the Q&A the seller sasy it came from a friend -- a lot of non-dealres in Tennessee like to resell a vehicle before they register it in their name -- avoiding sales tax etc. It can be a hassle getting a clear title.
Just enough reason to be cautious.
