I have the control arms off. Do the pins have to be pressed out? or is there any other way to get them out.

They are not a press fit as they have to be able to rotate inside the brass bushings. The should push out fairly easily. If your are tight then just use a brass drift pin on the end and tap them out with a hammer.

George,
I have not yet done a pin replacement but this photo album by Arch may help...

http://www.gmcmotorhome.com/tech/rear_suspension/index.html

It shows that there is a retaining plate on the backside that must be removed before removing the pins.

Good luck and post photos if you have time.

In order to remove the pins, you need to drop the boggie assemblies.
Before pressing the pin out, remove all the pin holders. That in a job on
some coaches.
Hope you have a correct reamer. Even
Cinnabar does not use a correct reamer. We paid big money for a correct one.

You can't. You must first remove the whole "bogie" assembly from where it is bolted to the frame. Then you can remove the pins and the arms.
