Wow. These tires made such a difference on the ride of my coach, it was worth the extra $40 per tire.
I now have:
Four Eagle 034's on the rear - Lug centric, mounted with mag lugs
Two Alcoa LTS on the front - Hub Centric, temproarily mounted with my stock lugs
One Eagle for the spare.
Tires are 225/75R16 10 Ply Load Range E
Yes, I bucked the trend. I now own 11 of these tires on two vehicles. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I intend to wear these suckers out before they age out.

Just put a new set of LTX M/S on the Alcoa rims on the coach for the trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon last month. The old LTX M/S's lasted 69K, age and a mis-aligned rear bogey got to them before mileage did. Lasted 8 years, though.
I got mine at Costco and they filled them with Nitrogen. Don't know the "ins & outs" of Nitrogen vs. air but I checked the tire pressure both when the tires were warmed up from driving and when they were cool in the mornings and found the reading to be consistent from day to day on each tire.
The tire pressure today is within 1# +/- of the original fill pressure.
The coach rode very well and handled beautifully.

My LTXs have been smooth and round so far and not needed rebalancing. I broke the Cinnabar rule and bough LTX ragwalls instead of the XPS ribs because I wanted at least an all weather pattern for some hope of traction in mud or grass or light snow. And I like the nostalgic ROW letters.

John--how dare you!! You are on the edge of breaking the established GMCNET rules by deviating form the currently accepted BFG tires.. I suspect the next thing we will have to tolerate is an unacceptable carburetor number !!

Or not using a combiner for your batteries. How rude.

Chri$ said he does not have a combiner, next he will say he uses Fram filters (but not possible, he only has driven it 50 miles... lol). And I know Chri$ uses the Forum which upsets half of the 'hood. I bet he says Nech to old ladies too. (obscure reference to Monty Python movie). What is this world coming to?

Hey I've the ragwalls and a combiner! (and an isolator) Sounds the a combiner and isolator should cancel each other out if you follow the English language logic.

Uhhh... Actually, there is a Fram on my coach right now. I'm up over 500 miles, now. I have a nice new WIX sitting on the shelf waiting for cooler days.
A lot of us use the Forum. Why does it upset folks? It is easier to use for me...
By the way, it is no longer "Negh". It is now "iky-iky-iky-ptang-ZOOM-boing, ohm?"

Bruce, I have eagle 034's! and two LTs Alcoa's... The alcoas are on the front, so the minor differences are not discernible, plus they are hub centric.

Ahh... Gotcha. Actually, I'd rather have a whole set of Alcoa's, but the Eagles do look better.
