Subject: [GMCnet] Buying a GMC - Looking for assistance

Hello:

My wife and I are in the process of buying a GMC coach located in the Atlanta area - not sure where yet - owner is currently out of town.

We live in Nova Scotia, so buying a coach at a distance is a little daunting for us.

I'm looking for help - to go look at the coach and perhaps take it for a short drive - probably in the next week or two.

I know that there may be mechanical issues that need attention, but my main goal in asking for assistance is to make sure that
1. the coach is worth purchasing and
2. it will at least make it to Southland Motorhome for an oil change, lube, brake check, etc. prior to the long drive home. I know it needs new tires.

Thanks for any and all help. We're really looking forward to our own GMC!

Doug in Conquerall Bank on the South Shore of Nova Scotia

Hello George and THANKS!

I'm very new to GMCNet - I think Junior Member is overstating my qualifications (lol).

How can I contact you privately to let you know what I am after?

Thanks very much!

Doug

I wish that I had done this when I bought (sight unseen) my coach in Charlotte. Boy did the PO lead me on.
