Is there a GMC facility in the greater Atlanta area....a shop where a ball
joint or a wheel bearing joint could be replaced?
There likely is, but my mind is a little soggy and wet right and my hair is
blowing in my eyes....

Thanks

Mike in NS where we are presently hosting Earl !

Checking Black list, nearest thing I find to Atlanta is
Burt Black, 3011 Anvil Block Road, Ellenwood, GA 30294

south side of Atlanta Home (404)363-2137

He might be able to direct you. You might consider ordering

a complete hub, knuckle and bearing assembly from Dave

Lenzi. Dave Lenzi - 810-653-3902 Any garage should

be able to change that out. Otherwise I would definately

find a GMC knowledgeable shop.

google gives map & directions, let us know if you need them. Of course, if you really have need of more than easy repair, Saturday noon is not a likely time to find anyone to do the job commercially. Of course, that is on other side of atlanta from you; enjoy the race, the big city (to us country folks) and limp over there monday morning.

If you are still in NS, check and see if Quakertown, Pa is on your route
South. You can get really good service there.
