Thanks for the info John,
On installing the new Filter (It's called a Filter, on the Box),I found
another ,O Ring still in the hole the Filter goes in.
The PO said he replaced the Transmission.
You have to push the filter all the way in ,to get the Cover back on.
When I put the cover back on ,I positioned the stick on Magnet, on the cover
directly below the pick up tube..

The trans pan pushes the pick-up screen (some refer to it as a filter) into
the transmission. I am told that many times the pick-up is not pushed up
all the way to seat. So that's why it is recommended to stack the o rings
so that the pick-up will seal into the transmission.
