Does anyone have a plan/pricing for partial attendance? Responsibilities
will only permit me to attend a long weekend (Friday-Tuesday?).

I have to return to work so that others can stay on unemployment. ;o)

We are in the same boat although not that we are working, we could only attend two days, is there a different rate for this?
Thank you.

Robert,

I'm in the same boat. I would love to attend the rally, meet all the folks, see the vendors but can only arrive Monday and depart Wednesday. Coach not ready yet but I could hotel it.

Please pass this along too.

Thanks

A few years back when I took over the management of the GMCMI club I felt that we had to change a few things for our conventions. One was giving a free day pass instead of charging $30 to visit the site. The other was to come up with a partial week fee for those people that couldn't come for the whole week.

The partial week fee is a little more than taking the whole weeks fee and dividing it by 6 days because there are some fixed overhead costs that are the same whether a person is there for a partial week or the whole week (6 camping nights). We have to rent tables and chairs, we have a notebook with schedules and other info that is given to each coach owner and a few other things. The rate for a partial week will vary depending on which days you are coming as we have catered meals some nights. That will all be taken into account for your partial week.

Ray Swartzendruber has continued with this policy and now Kim Weeks who will succeed Ray will also continue with it.

So, either contact Ray or Kim and they will figure out a rate after you tell them what days / nights you want to come.

For those of you that can only be present for the weekend we'll be very
happy to have you in attendance and participating in the seminars planned
for Saturday. Friday night is the potluck so be sure and bring a pot with
something in it that'll feed eight. Meat and drink will be provided. On
Saturday morning a crew of us will be fixing the pancakes and sausage for
your pleasure. Martha's recipe is a healthy one and we always have a variety
of syrups to accommodate those without problems and those with.

Saturday night is a dinner for ES members only so, if you're not a member,
you'll need to make other arrangements.

Sunday it'll be the continental style breakfast and worship service to
follow. The choir is made up of volunteers. Dan does a fine job with the
message.

So, come on. Fill out the GMCMI form and indicate the number of nights for
Optional Early Night(s) on the form. Get the form here.
http://www.gmcmi.com/conventions/2010-09_reg.pdf

ES members, be sure to get in a reservation for the Saturday dinner.
Information on the Friday, Saturday events are here.
