I want to put a second battery up front to power the radio, some power ports, and a small inverter for a TV, if we ever put one in. Maybe it's time for a Ragusa battery tray - I've got nearly every other Ragusa product on my coach!

Now, how should I charge this baby? Should I use Gene's Combiner, and if so, should I ground the battery to the block?

This was my house battery 'till I poked the Costco Golf Cart batteries on one of Duane Simmons Polyethylene trays into the Onan dungeon.

I still haven't quite figured out how to get that beast of a battery into the hole. I fear an inner fender liner removal in my future.

You can do that Larry. Just dont have the 12 volt tied to the 2 6volts. Use them seperately. Ask me how I know this.
A combiner between the two banks will keep them seperate and still get charged up.
I run my motorcycle Onan battery this way. Combiner between it and the other 4 6 volts.
