They have struck again. Just the nicest people and greatest business ever.
We had a slight problem with the latest remote control. When we spoke to
them, their response was to send us a new control board AND a new remote.
NO Charge
Can you believe this. They just continue to be the best, most responsive
companies with which to deal.

They have responded to my concerns in the same way. This company is a leader in customer support and keeping the customer happy.
Would be nice if all companies would treat the customer so well.
