Yes, that's the joke. You can make this up and stick it in the ground. It
is especially effective in drawing glares
from your neighbors when set up in an FMCA convention where hookups are
usually only available for the handicapped.

I made mine usimg a length of 4x4 with a spike in one end and the
spigot/30a socket.
