Folks might should put an eyeball on that coach before bidding. Does not look like it is over 32 ft to me. Looks like they have changed out the 455 too, according to the info.

I am especially taken by the combination of gold plated fixtures and puke purple upholstery. Anyone recognize the wheels?

Dan, I don't believe Silver ever employed the 455 engine. By the time
Silver started producing the GM look alike the 455 was long gone.

The one I looked at in California had a Chevy 454. They modified a GMC body and built a different frame and running gear. Was finished off pretty nice. I was told it was sold to someone in Arizona for around 10K to 12K.

Oh, I did not know anything about them. Just thought they were modified GMC coaches by someone. I wish the guy would put more pics of it on there.
Thanks for enlightening me.

Anyone know if it was a completely different frame or a modified original one? The VIN appears to be State issued "assembled/modified vehicle" one. Maybe the TZE number is still on the frame. If so, David would know what happened to that # GMC for the Registry.

It came from the factory with a 454 long after 455s were out of
production.
It doesn't have a TZE VIN and is not a GMC. Silver coach made them as
new-not from donor GMCs.

Interesting fact. That explains a lot.

Did they get extra end caps, etc. from GMC after production ended?
