I'm about to use MobilDelvac 15W-40. Is that a good oil to use and do I need to add Zddp?

Unless you are breaking in a new cam you don't need to worry about ZDDP unless you suffer form that particular anxiety.

IF you do suffer from that particular anxiety, I think if you look at the rating stamp on the bottle you will find that it is CI-4 and CI-4+ rated. IIRC that means that it should have plenty of antiwear additives for our applications without *adding* more ZDDP.
