Like Sandra, we have been in Canada for several weeks now with no issue of any kind. You do need a passport to get back into the states, but nothing special to get in or out of Canada that we know of. Great place, you will enjoy it. Two countries, really, one English and one French depending on where you go. We hear more French than English where we have been for the last week or so and not everyone is bilingual.

We're in Canada now. Have crossed the border three or four times and have
not been asked for insurance papers, only our passports. No interest in VIN
or TZE number. It is beautiful and we are enjoying every minute!

Where are ya'll, Jerry? We're leaving Riviere du Loup today, headed for
Quebec City. I've been able to read most signs/menus, etc. and have found
most Canadians have been communicative enough to complete a transaction.
Had fun negotiating to buy a shirt yesterday.
Will be looking for you on the road. We're a white GMC trimmed with teal
and orange stripes, with black around windows, towing a white HHR with TX
license plates. If we don't see you in CA, hope to see you at Int'l in
September.
