Bath module leaking onto floor during showers [message #92675]

When taking a shower our wet bath module leaks onto the floor and drips by the back passenger corner... Ok is more than a drip.. it running out!
I'm thinking it must be leaking onto the floor around the toilet. its definitely leaking onto the top of the floor, not leaking on top of the black tank. What is there to seal the toilet? regular toilet seal?
I saw on the photo site someone changing the flange but it wasn't clear if this is an easy on-the road fix or one best left till we return in a week's time.
Any ideas for a quick and dirty fix till we get back?
