Note that it says "WA bill of sale" which means no title. That can be an indication of problems, and makes it more difficult to get registered or a new title.

op PERHAPS the age of the vehicle no longer allow/requires Cert if Title.
That's the surprising situation here in Connecticut. When I registered mine, I had a Florida title from the former owner but was informed I would not receive a new one from CT MVD.

Fred,
I remember one time in the 80's we were coming back from Charleston, SC with a strong head wind. This Winne Brave was struggling to make 35mph and we passed him in the GMC doing 60mph. That big box didn't do well in a head wind, but was strong in a tail wind.
